- This offer is exclusively for M Card members.
- Customers can exchange 29,600 M Points by generating an E-Coupon through the M Card app to receive the promotion and send the promo code via Line @blacktielimousine (with "@" in front). The promo code must be used within 3 days of redemption.
- If the customer redeems the M Points but doesn't reserve the limousine, the code will be stored in the "M Coupon History" for 3 days.
- Codes that have expired cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
- To book the limousine, reservations must be made at least 72 hours in advance via Line OA: @blacktielimousine (available from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM daily).
- Customers must provide details such as passenger information, date, time, pick-up and drop-off locations, and vehicle type, along with the promo code received from the M Card app to the admin (1 code per booking). The code expires in 3 days.
- Booking confirmation will be sent via email or SMS.
- This offer is valid for airport transfers within the Bangkok area and Suvarnabhumi/Don Mueang airports only.
- The price includes the vehicle, driver, fuel, parking fees, and tolls but does not include VAT 7%.
- For airport pick-ups, customers must meet the driver at the agreed location within 90 minutes from the scheduled time. If there’s a delay, a fee of 535 THB per hour will be charged after the 91st minute.
- For pick-ups from accommodations, customers must meet the driver within 30 minutes of the scheduled time. Delays will incur an additional 535 THB per hour after the 31st minute.
- Changes or cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. No-show customers will lose their service rights.
- The service type may be changed to a similar vehicle depending on availability.
- Additional charges may apply directly to the customer.
- Non-transferable to cash or other forms of redemption.
- The M Card has no involvement in any products or services. In case of issues, customers should contact the service provider directly.
- If the offer is redeemed but not used, no compensation will be given.
- The company reserves the right to change the terms and conditions without prior notice.

How to redeem:
Download the M Card app from the App Store or Google Play, log in with your ID or email, then follow the instructions to access the "M Coupon" menu. Select the coupon and redeem it. Show the mobile app screen to the staff when using the service.
