Terms and Conditions:

  • Privilege for M Card members only.

  • Customers redeem 17,200 reward points by creating an E-Coupon through the M Card application to receive the promotion, and inform the promotion code via Line Black Tie: @blacktielimousine (with @). The code must be used within 3 days after redemption.

  • When M Points are redeemed but a limousine reservation has not yet been made, the code will be kept in “M Coupon History” for 3 days.

  • Expired codes cannot be refunded in any case.

  • Limousine reservation must be made at least 72 hours in advance before travel via Line OA: @blacktielimousine (with @), every day during business hours 09:00–21:00.

  • Customers must fill in or inform passenger information, date, time, pickup and drop-off locations, and vehicle type to be used, together with filling in or informing the promo code received via the M Card application to the admin in order to receive the privilege (1 code / 1 booking). The code expires within 3 days.

  • Check reservation details.

  • Customers will receive booking confirmation via email or SMS.

  • Expired codes cannot be refunded in any case.

  • Pick-up and drop-off service from Don Mueang Airport and Suvarnabhumi Airport to designated areas within Bangkok and surrounding provinces (Nonthaburi, Pathum Thani except Nong Suea District, and Samut Prakan).

  • The price includes fuel and expressway fees, which is a service fee without 7% value-added tax.

  • Reservation must be made at least 72 hours in advance before travel via LINE OA: @blacktielimousine, every day from 09:00–21:00.

  • For passenger pickup from Suvarnabhumi Airport or Don Mueang Airport, passengers must present themselves to the driver at the agreed location within 90 minutes after the flight has landed. If passengers wish to extend the waiting time, an additional service charge of THB 535 per hour (including VAT) will be applied (starting from the 91st minute onward).

  • For passenger pickup from accommodation, passengers must present themselves to the driver at the agreed location within 30 minutes from the scheduled time. If passengers wish to extend the waiting time, an additional service charge of THB 535 per hour (including VAT) will be applied (starting from the 31st minute onward).

  • In case of changes to travel details or cancellation, please notify at least 24 hours in advance before travel via LINE OA: @blacktielimousine, every day from 09:00–21:00. If advance notice is not given according to the specified conditions, it will be considered a No-Show. The passenger will forfeit this service right and the company will consider the service as completed.

  • In case the passenger cancels less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time, or does not present themselves at the agreed time (No-Show), the passenger must pay the full service charge as per the reservation.

  • The company reserves the right to arrange an equivalent limousine vehicle if force majeure occurs with the reserved limousine.

  • In case of additional charges such as vehicle upgrade, additional stops (Extra stops), or use of service outside the specified service area, the passenger must be responsible directly.

  • If payment is made by credit card, an additional 4% service charge will apply.

  • Customers will receive booking confirmation details via email or SMS once the company has completed the limousine reservation.

  • Cannot be exchanged for cash or change.

  • The right is reserved to make changes without prior notice.

  • M Card is not involved with the products and/or services. In case of any damage or defect, please contact the service provider directly.

  • If the privilege is redeemed but not used for any reason, the right to compensation is reserved in all cases.

  • The company reserves the right to change the conditions without prior notice.

Download the M Card app from the App Store or Google Play. Log in by entering your ID card number (or passport) and phone number (or email) used during registration.
