Terms and Conditions
- M Card members can accumulate M Power spending from purchases made at The Mall Group department stores, including all branches of The Mall and The Mall Lifestore, in accordance with the company’s terms and conditions.
- Annual spending is calculated from 1 January – 31 December and will reset on 1 January of each year. Members can earn M Power spending by presenting their M Card number at department stores or scanning receipts via M Card App for shopping center purchases.
- M Power status will be maintained for one additional year based on qualified annual spending.
- Excluded purchases include gift cards, prepaid cards, utility payments, service fees, insurance, gold, infant milk formula, alcohol, cigarettes, medicines, and tenant shop purchases.
- Excluded merchants include banks, exchange services, post offices, parcel services, all food courts, Gourmet Eats, and all merchants within Gourmet zones.
- Purchases will be counted toward accumulated spending only after products have been delivered to customers.
- Members can check their M Power status, accumulated spending, and privileges via M Card App.
* Department Store means spending amount made in department stores under The Mall Group, all branches, such as The Emporium, The Emquartier, The Emsphere, Paragon Department Store, and all Gourmet Market branches.
