Terms and Conditions
Privileges are available for M Card members only.
Customers must redeem M Points by creating an E-Coupon via the M Card application to receive the promotion and provide the promotion code via LINE Black Tie: @blacktielimousine (with “@”).
The promotion code must be used within 3 days after redemption.
If M Points are redeemed but no limousine reservation is made, the code will be stored in “M Coupon History” for 3 days.
Expired codes cannot be refunded or reissued under any circumstances.
Reservations must be made at least 72 hours in advance via LINE OA: @blacktielimousine, daily from 09:00–21:00.
For airport pick-ups at Suvarnabhumi Airport or Don Mueang Airport, passengers must identify themselves to the driver at the agreed meeting point within 90 minutes after flight arrival.
If an extension is required, an additional charge of 535 THB per hour (VAT included) will apply, starting from the 91st minute onward.
For pick-ups from accommodations, passengers must identify themselves to the driver at the agreed location within 30 minutes from the scheduled time.
If an extension is required, an additional charge of 535 THB per hour (VAT included) will apply, starting from the 31st minute onward.
For changes or cancellations, please notify at least 24 hours in advance via LINE OA: @blacktielimousine (09:00–21:00 daily).
Failure to notify in advance will be considered a No-Show, and the service will be deemed completed.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time or No-Show cases will be charged the full service amount.
The company reserves the right to provide a substitute vehicle of equivalent class in case of force majeure.
Any additional charges such as vehicle upgrades, extra stops, or services outside designated areas are the customer’s responsibility.
A 4% surcharge applies for credit card payments.
Customers will receive booking confirmation details via email or SMS once the reservation is completed.
The privilege cannot be exchanged for cash or change.
The company reserves the right to change terms without prior notice.
M Card is not responsible for any damages or defects related to the products and/or services. Please contact the service provider directly.
If the privilege is redeemed but not used under any circumstances, no compensation will be provided.

Download the M Card app from the App Store or Google Play. Log in by entering your ID card number (or passport) and phone number (or email) used during registration.
