How to Upgrade to Harrods Rewards Gold Tier and Access Member Benefits

1. Members must register for the Harrods Rewards Program via the official website (click the registration button below). Note: customer must check “Yes, contact me via email” to receive upgrade success status and customers must also verify their account after signing up (via a separate email) otherwise their account will be deleted after 7 days

2. After registration, members will receive a Harrods Green Tier and a digital Harrods Rewards card (showing a 16-digit Harrods Rewards number). Please take a screenshot of this screen for the upgrade process.

3. Take a screenshot of your Platinum M Card via the M Card application or Take picture of your Platinum M physical card alongside your 16-digit Harrods Rewards number.

4. Once you have both screenshots, please fill out the upgrade request form at this link: https://forms.gle/tJfrqxdgi7kQozcA8 (click the upgrade button below to proceed).

5. Members are required to submit the upgrade request at least 5 UK business days before their intended visit (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Dining Experience at The Grill on Fifth (5th Floor): Platinum M Card and Platinum VIP The Mall members will receive a complimentary dining experience for two, including cocktails (worth up to £100) at The Grill on Fifth on the Fifth Floor of the Harrods Knightsbridge store.
  • Customers can book the dining experience via two routes: 
    • One-time Personal Shopping Experience: Customer can request the dining voucher during their in-store appointment with their dedicated Harrods Shopper. Booking through this channel allows for the smoothest experience.
    • Customer Service Desk: Customer can make bookings by visiting the Customer Service Desk instore on 3rd Floor and showing their Platinum M card to the Customer Service staff.
  • Personal Shopping Experience: One-time in-store Personal Shopping session (up to 3 hours) is available for up to 3 guests. Advance request must be made at least 7 UK business days in advance (excluding weekends and UK public holidays)

  • Vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services.
  • Terms are subject to the M Card Application and the discretion of Harrods.

Redemption Process via M Card Mobile Application

To redeem this benefit, download the M Card App from the App Store or Google Play. Log in using your registered ID/passport number and mobile number or email address. Then, navigate to the M Coupon menu, select your desired coupon, and tap Redeem. Please present the redemption screen to restaurant staff at the time of use.
