K11 MUSEA Located at Victoria Dockside, K11 Art and Cultural District of Tsim Sha Tsui, K11 MUSEA is Hong Kong’s pioneering cultural-retail landmark. Inspired by ‘A Muse by the Sea’, K11 MUSEA is designed to enrich the new consumer’s daily life through the power of creativity, culture and innovation.
1. Applicable Activity
By participating in the activity organized by K11 Loyalty Program Limited (“KLUB 11”) as set out in clause 2 below (the “Activity”), a participant is deemed to have read, understood and agreed to the terms and conditions applicable to the Activity (“Terms and Conditions”).
2. Details of Activity

- Place of Redemption: K11 Koncierge at G/F, K11 MUSEA
- Redemption Hours: 10 a.m. – 10 p.m.
2.1 Offer# 1 – For all M Card Member
During the Promotion Period, participants who: 1) hold an Eligible M Card an Eligible Bangkok Bank M Visa Card (“Eligible Bangkok Bank M Visa Cardholder(s)”) ; and 2) are both KLUB 11 Members and K Dollar Program Members and have bound their respective KLUB 11 Membership with their corresponding K Dollar Program account (“KLUB 11 Member”) (together, known as the “Member(s)”) as well as bound their respective KLUB 11 Hong Kong Membership with their corresponding K Dollar Program Hong Kong Program subject to these Terms and Conditions may redeem the following Offer 1 and/or Offer 2 below (collectively, the “Offers”) on the day of presentation of an Eligible M Card or an Eligible Bangkok Bank M Visa Card at the Place of Redemption.

Offer 2 – Scarlet M Card Members - KLUB 11 Black Card Lounge Access
During the Promotion Period, Eligible Scarlet M Card Members who is also a KLUB 11 Member, shall have the right to access the KLUB 11 Black Card Lounge for 2 hours (with one cup of complimentary tea or coffee) upon presentation of their valid KLUB 11 Membership and Eligible Scarlet M Card Membership, subject to the terms and conditions as listed in Appendix 1.
3. Redemption Restrictions applicable to Offer 1, Offer 2
3.1 Each Member is entitled to redeem Offer 1 and Offer 2 once only during the entire Promotion Period.
3.2 Member must redeem Offer 1 and Offer 2 in person at the Place of Redemption.
3.3 Offer 1 is subject to stock availability on a first come first served basis.
3.4 Offer 1 and 2 are only applicable to participants who shall first become a KLUB 11 Hong Kong Member and a K Dollar Program Hong Kong Member, and bind their KLUB 11 Hong Kong Membership with their corresponding K Dollar Program Hong Kong account, provided that he or she is not a current KLUB 11 Member and a K Dollar Program Member.
3.5 Offer 1 will be credited to the Member’s account in the form of E-vouchers. The use of the E-vouchers are subject to the terms and conditions as stated on the E-vouchers and the relevant terms and conditions of the merchants who accept such E-vouchers
3.6 The exclusive discount code under Offer 2 will be provided to the Members at the Place of Redemption.
4. Special Terms and Conditions applicable to the Activity
4.1 Terms Used
4.1.1 “Eligible M Card” refers to physical M Card, Expatriate M Card, Prestige M Card, Platinum M Card or Scarlet M Card, or such cards membership issued by The Mall Group Co., Ltd bounded with M Card mobile application.
4.1.2 “Eligible Bangkok Bank M Visa Card” refers to physical Bangkok M Legend VISA Infinite, Bangkok M Luxe VISA Signature, Bangkok Bank M Live VISA Platinum, Bangkok Bank M Visa Debit Card and Bangkok Bank M Visa Digital Debit that are issued with physical cards by Bangkok Bank Public Company Limited.
4.1.3 “Eligible Scarlet M Card Membership/Member(s)” refers to an individual who hold a Scarlet M Card issued by The Mall Group Co., Ltd bounded with the M Card mobile application.
4.1.4 Other terms not defined in these Terms and Conditions shall have the same meanings as defined in the KLUB 11 Programme Terms and Conditions.
4.2 Verification of Identity
Members shall present his or her Eligible M Card or Eligible Bangkok Bank M Visa Card for inspection at the time of redemption.
4.3 Limited Stock
Offers 1 and 3 are offered on a first-come-first-served basis while stocks last.
4.4 No Exchange
The offers cannot be exchanged for cash or other gifts.
4.5 Alternate Products or Replacement of the Offers
KLUB 11 reserves the right to offer any alternative products and replacement without prior notice if the offers are not available or for any other reason. For the avoidance of doubt, the value and/or nature of the alternative products and replacement may not be on par with the offers.
4.6 Quality of Goods and Services
Goods and services to be redeemed by participants using the e-Voucher(s) in this Activity are not provided by KLUB 11. KLUB 11 is not liable for the quality of such goods and services and any replacement or refund thereof.
4.7 No Liability
KLUB 11 does not warrant that the products and services offered by individual merchants or redeemed by the participants in the Activity are of any merchantable quality or fit for any purpose, and disclaims all liability in relation to such products and services. Any participant in the Activity shall waive all his/her rights and interests, if any, of any natures to pursue against KLUB 11.
4.8 Termination of the Activity
KLUB 11 has the right to suspend, terminate or cancel the Activity at any time without any prior notice.
5. General Terms and Conditions applicable to the Activity
5.1 Amendment
KLUB 11 has the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without any prior notice.
5.2 Interpretation
KLUB 11 has the right to interpret these terms and conditions. In case of disputes, the decision of KLUB 11 will be final and binding on all parties concerned.
5.3 English Version Prevails
The Chinese version of these terms and conditions are for reference only. In case of discrepancies between the provisions of the English version and the Chinese version, the English version will prevail.
5.4 Governing Laws
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
